NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS CAMPAIGN 2012-13

Sit & Draw Competition:

The sit and draw competition was conducted at Balitikuri Own Society Bhaban dated on 25th November, 2012. The programme was started at about 9 a.m. and completed 11 a.m. There were 20 students participated in the events.


Objectives of the Programme:

•  To aware the students on important of Biodiversity Conservation.
•  To spread the important of Environmental issues among the guardians of children.
•  To create the good thinking to the students generation on protection of environment in future.
  
  

Public Meeting:

The Public Meeting on Biodiversity Conservation was conducted at Jabdapota of Domjur Block dated on 15th October, 2012.There were 37 nos. people participated in the event. The programme was started at 3 P.M and ended 5.30P.m.The programme has been completed satisfactorily by the active collaboration of people. We prepared a hand book on Biodiversity Conservation and distributed among the people for knowledge on environment.


Objectives of the meeting:

• ·        To aware the public about conservation of Environment.
• ·        Protection of environment by people’s co-operation.
